Don't Forget the Picnic June 23 at the Church, save the date

Dinner and a Movie

The next "Dinner and a Movie" is March 31. If you have not been out to one, what are you waiting for? We will talk about the outing on March 24 at the regular meeting. We might even be able to decide on a movie to see, or at least a possible list of choices that would depend on show times and changes in programs. (The theaters do not list schedules a week ahead)

MARCH MEETING

Sharla is willing to come to the March meeting to do a Mary Kay presentation. She would like to know if you would like a program or individual consultations. We can talk about this at the February meeting.

I.D. Cards

I hope to bring an I.D. camera to the March meeting. If I can get it again, I will include the notice in the March newsletter. This will be a one time only event, as I can not borrow the camera again for a while, and carrying it is a bit hard on me. (I must carry it in and out of my home, as I dare not leave it in the car over night)

A Doctor in the Community

Her name is Lisa O'Connor. The practice is Healthy Transitions, L.L.C., 1390 Valley Rd., Suite 1E, Stirling, NJ, 07980. 908-647-1688

I have invited Lisa to come to our meetings. While transition is not something most of us consider, the emotional side is still something for us to thing about. I have gone to her myself.

Girls Night Out

Alice is continuing the "Girls Night Out". Anyone wishing information about future NIGHT OUT events and dates should contact Alice.

Weekend in Pennsylvania

Anyone wishing to spend a weekend with Alice in Pennsylvania contact Alice.

Chi Delta Mu

The February was a trip to the Dress Barn, they do not know that it is really the Becky Barn. About 20 girls made the trip, and the Dress Barn stock should be going up.

Stephanie, from I.F.G.E. was at the meeting to explain the upcoming I.F.G.E. Trangender 2007 program in Philadelphia April 10 to 15. She will be going to the New Jersey Support meeting in March to explain the program to the southern New Jersey girls. As our group is small, and many of us go the other meetings, I felt that it would be too long a trip for her to come down to S.N.R from the N.Y.C. area for the few who would not have seen the program at one of the other groups. In addition, Cindy has already talked to us about this program.
