Alice is going to try to continue the "Girls Night Out" even after she moves to Pennsylvania. Anyone wishing information about future NIGHT OUT events and dates should contact Alice.

Weekend in Pennsylvania

Anyone wishing to spend a weekend with Alice in Pennsylvania contact Alice.

MAY MEETING - Jewelry

Trish will be here in May with her LiaSophia selection. (New name for Lady Remington) This will be the Memorial Day weekend and our last meeting before the June picnic.

Picnic June 25

Still no written confirmation from the church, but they did cash the check, so I guess we are on. I will be inviting the members of Renn at Washington Crossing and King of Prussia to the picnic. Please mark the date, June 25, and come to have a good time. Maybe we could have some games or DRAG races.

Dinner and a Movie

The next date is April 30. If you are interested in going, contact Pat. SNRTRIS@HOTMAIL.COM

Election of Officers

It's that time of year again and we may need some help. Donna Marie may be moving to Florida, and Kara and Robin may also be moving. This will leave only Pat. If any of these move, we will need replacements.

Wives Meeting

It is not likely that we will have a wives meeting, not enough wives are likely to be at the meeting. We will try, but don't count on it.

New Members

We are always looking for new members. Any member may bring someone that they have meet. Please go out of your way to make a new member of visitor feel welcome and at home.

I have interviewed several in the past month and hope that some will come to the meeting.

$ MONEY $

The attendance at meetings is going down, and some members will soon be moving out of the area. If attendance does not improve, we may have some real money problems.

ANY OTHER IDEAS????

Anyone have an idea for a meeting?

Dec. is the Christmas Party. The rest of the year is open. If you have an idea, please give it to me. If you know of someone who can/will give a program, tell me.

HELP! WITH NEWSLETTER

For those who know me, this might come as a surprise, but I could use some help with articles for the newsletter. Simply email anything to me that might be of interest. Please keep it to about one half of a page as I do not have the time to edit and I can not put long articles in the newsletter.

HUMOR

The meaning of Easter

Three blondes died & found themselves standing before St. Peter. He told them that before they could enter the kingdom, they had to tell him what the meaning of Easter was.

So, the 1st blonde said: "Easter is a holiday where they have a big feast & we give thanks & eat turkey."

St. Peter said "Noooooo," & he banished her to hell.

The 2nd blonde said: "Easter is when we celebrate Jesus' birthday & exchange gifts."

St. Peter said "Noooooo," & he banished her to hell.

The 3rd blond said: "Easter is a Christian holiday that coincides with the Jewish Passover. Jesus was having Passover feast with His disciples when He was betrayed by Judas, & the Romans arrested Him. The Romans hung Him on a cross & eventually He died. Then they buried Him in a tomb behind a very large boulder .."

Impressed, St. Peter said: "Verrrrry good!"

Then the blonde continued "...now every year the Jews roll away the boulder & Jesus comes out. If He sees His shadow, we have six more weeks of basketball."

St. Peter fainted.
